Scope

This legal notice applies to the website timobritz.de, to my Android apps published in the Google Play Store, currently Squishly and Tendly, to the apps in closed testing, BeepHunt and Fabrikon as well as to the Windows program Aktenlage.

Nature of the offering

Purchases within the apps are processed via Google Play exclusively. The seller of in-app purchases and subscriptions is Google Commerce Limited; refunds are governed by the terms of Google Play. Details on data processing can be found in the privacy policy of the respective app.

The program Aktenlage is subject to the terms of use and the withdrawal policy. I myself am the contracting party. Order enquiries are made via the form on the product page; the offer follows by e-mail. No automated payment process is set up on this website.

As a small business owner within the meaning of § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), I do not show VAT. All prices stated are final prices.

There is no entry in the commercial register; no VAT identification number exists.

Consumer dispute resolution

I am neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
