Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by me), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which the notice of your withdrawal from this contract is received by me. I will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal also expires if I have begun performance of the contract after you
- have expressly consented to my beginning performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- have confirmed your acknowledgement that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun, and
- I have provided you with a confirmation of this consent on a durable medium.
You can make these declarations when accepting the offer by e-mail. As long as you do not make them, you retain your right of withdrawal. In that case, you will receive the licence certificate after the withdrawal period has expired.
Independently of any right of withdrawal, you can try out the program free of charge beforehand: in trial mode, 50 pages may be newly added to the archive, and all other functions are available without restriction. I would rather you check beforehand than have to withdraw afterwards.
