Good to know

What belongs in an emergency folder?

Contacts, health data, powers of attorney and directives, ID documents, accounts, insurance, contracts, property, vehicles, pension, digital access, debts, pets, will and personal wishes.

Where should the emergency folder be kept?

In a place known to at least one trusted person. A folder nobody knows about will not be found in an emergency.

How often should it be checked?

At least once a year. Medication and contacts go out of date fastest.
